What we receive

Through the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. If you wish: the family name you carry today, your country, your town, the audience you belong to, and how you heard of us.

Through the opening sign-up: your email address. If you wish: a family name and the audience you belong to.

Why

To answer you. To let you know when the site opens, in the first quarter of 2027, by one or more emails, and when the name you gave opens.

Where

Messages reach the association’s Google mailbox. They pass through our automation tool, n8n, hosted by IONOS on a server registered in Germany. Site visits are counted by Umami, without cookies and without identifying you.

How long

A message is deleted 12 months after our last exchange. A sign-up is deleted after the opening email, and at the latest 12 months after you signed up.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your information. We publish nothing of what you write to us.

Your rights

You may see, correct or delete your information by writing to [email protected]; we answer within one month. Every opening email carries an unsubscribe link. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
